Dafabet is once more the title sponsor of World Pool Masters. The online sports betting operator is a partner with a host of high-profile sports brands, including Celtic FC, Norwich City FC, Durham County Cricket Team, and Warwickshire County Cricket Team. Dafabet is also a sponsor of the British Fast5 Netball All-Stars Championship. Dafabet was previously the title sponsor for the World Pool Masters 2017 and 2019.
Gibraltar will host the 2020 World Pool Masters. This tournament will feature 24 top players from around the world for a $100,000 prize. Matchroom Pool Club subscribers can purchase tickets for the tournament on Monday, 12/12, while the general public can purchase tickets on Tuesday 10/12. David Alcaide was last year's champion. He will be trying to defend his title in front of a star-studded field.
Dafabet Masters of World Pool
Dafabet has renewed its title sponsorship agreement for the World Pool Masters. The tournament will take places in Gibraltar 22-25 May 2019. The company was a title sponsor of the World Pool Masters in 2017 and 2018. In addition, Dafabet has other sporting sponsorship deals. In the past, the company has partnered with LaLiga football tournament and also with the Sussex cricket side Durham.

Dafabet World Pool Masters (a nine-ball pool tournament) is an international competition. It is the most popular event of its kind, and it has increased the prize money for the winner each year. This year, the prize fund was $100,000. David Alcaide from Spain won the tournament. Alcaide beat Alexander Kazakis (Greek) by more than twice the length. Niels Feijen, who defeated Shane Van Boening in the previous year's event reached the final. David Alcaide also lost to the Dutchman in round 1.
Joshua Filler
Joshua Filler from Bonen is a German pool player who is making waves in professional pool. The 21 year-old Filler has won the China Open, as well the European Pool Championships (10-ball). He is the youngest person to win either of these two competitions. In addition to winning the China Open, he is also the youngest player to ever win the European Pool Championships.
Filler began playing the sport at seven years of age and was already competing at the National level. At the age of twenty-five, Filler made his Mosconi Cup debut. Europe was represented at the event. He went on to win both the China Open 9 ball tournament and the European Pool Championship. In the final, he defeated Italian Carlo Biado to win his first world championship. He not only won his first World Pool Masters championship, but also won the Mosconi Cup.
Lo Hosum
Lo Hosum, the first Hong Kong player to make it to the World Pool Masters finals, expressed concerns over a recent budget cut. He remains unknown outside of Hong Kong despite his recent success. Lo was an unofficial wild-card player to the Gibraltar tournament. He won a number of matches and reached the final. In the quarterfinals, he defeated Shane Van Boening but fell to Joshua Filler. The pair tied at six-all before Lo's heroics came to an end.

The World Pool Masters, a nine-ball tournament held each year to determine the top pool players around the globe, is a nine ball competition. The event was first held in Europe but expanded to include players from other parts of the world. Lo has a very solid professional record. He has also maintained a high ranking all through his career.
Sanchez Ruiz
Francisco Sanchez Ruiz, a Spanish player, has won the 2022 US Open Pool Championship. In the final, he defeated Max Lechner (13-10). He is now at the top in the Live Nineball World Rankings, and he has won $50,000 as the first prize. It also makes Sanchez Ruiz the first Spanish player to win one of pool's oldest majors. The win also pushed Sanchez Ruiz over the $100,000 mark, passing Shane Van Boening in the process.
Sanchez Ruiz faced many challenges against Filler. He was able to overcome his initial nervousness and win after making two consecutive racks. After Filler fought back to take a three-point lead, Sanchez Ruiz managed to run out with a two-rack buffer.
